CustomLabs exists because we kept watching the same story play out: the [RAG](https://customlabs.io/glossary/retrieval-augmented-generation/) demo that lied, the notebook that never shipped, the pilot that stalled before production. Money spent and momentum lost, with nothing left running in production. That's the gap we exist to close.
