# Acceptance Rate Source: https://customlabs.io/glossary/acceptance-rate/ Updated: 2026-09-13 Cost & ops # Acceptance Rate Acceptance rate is the share of an agent's proposed changes a human reviewer approves. It measures whether the work is good enough to ship, not how much of it exists. High proposal volume paired with a low acceptance rate is evidence of review load, not delivery. Read it alongside which ticket types actually get routed to an agent in the first place.
