BizBinder
Your whole business, one binder.
What problem does it solve?
Sole operators and tiny teams lose hours to scattered invoices, job tracking, and customer requests spread across inboxes and notebooks. Enterprise tools are far too much for them.
Who is it for?
Busy professionals and sole operators running a small business with little or no admin support.
Why are we building it?
Small operators we work with, and honestly parts of our own back office, run on the same scattered set of tools. Invoices sit in one place. Jobs get tracked in a notebook or spreadsheet, and customer requests spread across texts and emails. Enterprise job-management software is built for teams ten times the size.
BizBinder is what we're building for the sole operator or tiny team. It's one binder for the whole business, sized for someone with little or no admin support, not a scaled-down enterprise tool.
How does it work?
- Job pipeline: quote → in progress → done → billed
Every job moves through one simple pipeline, instead of living across a notebook, a spreadsheet, and a few text threads.
- Invoices and reminders that send themselves
Scheduled and recurring invoices go out on their own, and payment reminders get chased automatically instead of manually.
- One list for customer requests
Requests land in a single tidy list, however a customer sends them, instead of scattering across inboxes.
- A client book with full history
Every past job and invoice for a client stays visible in one place. Nothing depends on someone's memory of "what we did for them last time."
What's the hard part?
Reliability without enterprise-scale infrastructure is the hard part. A solo operator has zero tolerance for a reminder that silently fails to send, or an invoice that quietly doesn't go out. There's no ops team behind them to catch it. The automation has to be trustworthy enough to run completely unattended.
What does it do?
- Scheduled and recurring invoices that send themselves
- Payment reminders chased automatically
- Job pipeline: quote → in progress → done → billed
- Customer requests gathered into one tidy list
- Client book with full history of past jobs and invoices
- Time-and-materials tracking, with data export
What does this prove we can do for you?
We build automation a non-technical solo operator can trust unattended: no silent failures, no babysitting. That's the same reliability bar we hold ourselves to on every client-facing automated workflow.

The questions we get asked most, answered plainly: no hedging, no marketing copy.
01 Is BizBinder available yet?

Link to this answer: What happens to old jobs and invoices?Light job management and invoicing for people running a small business. Scheduled invoices, plus a client book that remembers everything, without the enterprise bloat.
This is the same discipline, real architecture decisions and an honest account of the hard part, that we bring to client engagements.
