Acceptance Rate
Acceptance rate is the share of an agent's proposed changes a human reviewer approves.
It measures whether the work is good enough to ship, not how much of it exists.
High proposal volume paired with a low acceptance rate is evidence of review load, not delivery.
Read it alongside which ticket types actually get routed to an agent in the first place.
