01 What does the assessment cover?
Data quality and access, infrastructure and security posture, team and process readiness, and the specific risks tied to the AI use case under consideration. Each one gets a score, backed by evidence.
02 Can you do investor-side technical due diligence?
Yes. We assess a target company's AI claims, data practices, and technical debt on behalf of investors, and deliver a written report suitable for an investment committee.
03 How long does it take?
Most readiness assessments run two to four weeks depending on scope; diligence engagements are typically faster and scoped to the deal timeline.
04 Does our data leave our environment?
No. We assess in place wherever possible and work under your existing access controls and NDAs — the report leaves, your data doesn't.
