System Card
A system card is a short document stating an AI system's purpose, limits, and owner.
It also states data sources, eval results, and lets procurement or legal skip a live meeting.
It stays useful only if updated at every substantial change to the system.
A system card frozen at launch date is a historical document, not current documentation.
